About Chef Hung Noodle

Chef Hung, a native of Kinmen County in Taiwan, is known for his integrity, earnestness, and diligence. Commencing his culinary apprenticeship since the tender age of 17, he now has over 20 years of experience, unrivaled techniques, and his own secret recipe. Since 1995, he has passionately striven to exemplify the high spirit and virtues of Chinese culinary culture through serving his finest creations to the world. Our North American flagship location was founded in Vancouver, Canada in 2009 and in 2011, for the first time, this award-winning creation has arrived in the United States and Mainland China in order to continue this tradition.
